My husband and I do this out of our own pockets. However, we
do let the horses help as much as they can. I sell the horses at a price that I believe will give you your money's worth. I have lots of expenses with the rescue, all horse-related. I am not paying for a trailer, barn, land or anything except vet bills, feed bills and right now, hay.

for you
to come see us and the horses. Please keep in mind, if you make an appointment
with us and you are unable to come, just call. Our time is valuable too, and
when we wait around for no-shows, it takes away from the time that could be
spent at the feed store or the vet. This is very important to us, we take
it very seriously, and when people do not stay true to their word, we question
whether they will stay true to the horse.
I am currently unable to ride due to foot surgery. I can provide a rider for several of the horses. I am not desperate, so I will be very particular as to the future of these horses. Some have had very rough lives, and I will not sell any horse if I do not feel a connection has been made to form a lasting relationship with the horse.
I have the option of saying "No Deal."
